Based on your initial assessment, our programs are individualised and involve a comprehensive treatment plan, so you are geared towards living your best quality of life!
We offer dedicated floor and equipment sessions tailored for both individuals and groups
We offer one-on-one instruction in gym programmes, stability training and personal training based routines at our in-house gym or your local fitness centre. These sessions allow you to work with your Physio on your full exercise program or on specific exercises you are finding difficult. In these sessions we can monitor the progress your program, check how you are using the equipment, answer questions and help improve your technique.

First 45min consult to assess and diagnose injuries/problems then commence treatment and plan recovery/goals.
A 30min treatment session aimed at continuation of treatment plan until recovery/return to work or sport
This 45min session is a longer follow-up treatment, if required.
This 60min treatment session allows time for the therapist to treat multiple regions/injuries in one session.
These services will only be bulk billed in non-peak times between 10am and 2:30pm.
*There will be a gap payable during peak times before 10am and after 3pm.
During this 45min consult the therapist assess injury/exercise history and implements a plan to educate and train the patient in the chosen exercise path.
These sessions can be carried out in-clinic, at home, or in clients own gym.
These 45 minute sessions are offered for private groups and charged on a per person basis according to numbers attending. These can be from 2 people to 6 people depending on requirements.
The benefits of joining a small group class is that your physiotherapist will create and supervise a group exercise session tailored to the group's specific health goals.
These 45 minute sessions are offered to all patients and clients and will be run in a timetabled manner. Pre-booking is essential. Numbers are capped at 6 persons.
