Fitlosophy Fitness is about building good, functional movement through safe, personal training from a holistic viewpoint.  One on one personal training that is truly personal.  Good foundations are essential to building any structure, and your body is no different.  Reversing the results of years of poor movement or a sedentary lifestyle is not only achievable, it can be fun!

Don’t like weights or mirrors or intimidating “gym people”?  Want a trainer who will listen?  No problem.  We focus on you and what you want (have a look at our FAQs).  We are based in Glen Waverley (in Melbourne’s east / south-east suburbs) but come to you and work in any environment. We are mobile!

Are you a “weekend warrior” or aspiring athlete looking to improve on your personal bests, but not getting the results?  Sport specific training and competition preparation is available and will help you smash your next event.  Fitlosophy Fitness specialise in all aspects of endurance sports.  Training for road and off-road cycling, running, adventure sports or the next big event? We can help with training programmes, fitness assessments, skills training, bike-fit, equipment and nutritional advice (look at the packages page or the blog page for ideas and concepts).

Are you injured or prone to injury through sport or everyday life?  Our aim is to optimise the journey from injury, pain and limited mobility through movement based, functional and integrated exercise whether you are 8, 18 or 80 years old.  Our aim is to help you achieve your goals to move better, feel better or manage your weight.  We will work closely with your allied health and medical practitioners’ guidelines to achieve your aims.
